The Devils Lake Neighborhood Association (DLNA) is a registered 501(c)3 corporation, incorporated in the state of Oregon. As a nonprofit organization, the DLNA is required to file certain tax documents with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the Oregon Department of Justice. In 2022, the DLNA's annual revenues exceeded $50,000, requiring the organization to file the Form 990-EZ, which includes more detailed financial information than the e-Postcard. The Form 990-EZ and associated schedules provide a comprehensive view of the DLNA's financial activities, including its income, expenses, and assets. In addition to its federal tax filings, the DLNA is required to file the Form CT-12 with the Oregon Department of Justice each year. The Form CT-12 provides information about the organization's officers and directors, as well as its charitable activities.
