The Devils Lake Neighborhood Association is hosting this open discussion related to the explosive growth of weeds (Elodea and Vallisneria) in Devils Lake this season.  We hope to begin shaping a strategy to help raise awareness with the owners of the lake, the State of Oregon. We also want to solicit ideas on how to best use our one and only resource at DLNA, that's you our friendly neighborhood residents.
