The Devils Lake Neighborhood Association (DLNA) is a registered 501(c)3 corporation, incorporated in the state of Oregon. As a nonprofit organization, the DLNA is required to file certain tax documents with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the Oregon Department of Justice. This page serves to provide transparency to our donors, members, and the general public regarding our tax filings.
From 2009 through 2021, the DLNA had annual revenues under $50,000 and filed the electronic Form 990-N, also known as the e-Postcard, with the IRS. The e-Postcard is a simple form that provides basic information about the organization, including its name, address, and website. These forms are available for public inspection at the links below or on the IRS website.
In 2022, the DLNA's annual revenues exceeded $50,000, requiring the organization to file the Form 990-EZ, which includes more detailed financial information than the e-Postcard. The Form 990-EZ and associated schedules provide a comprehensive view of the DLNA's financial activities, including its income, expenses, and assets. These documents are available for public inspection at the links below or on the IRS website.
In addition to its federal tax filings, the DLNA is required to file the Form CT-12 with the Oregon Department of Justice each year. The Form CT-12 provides information about the organization's officers and directors, as well as its charitable activities. This form is also available for public inspection on the Oregon DOJ Charitable Activities website.
